Given the fact that so many employees don’t have a clear grasp on the details of their benefits plan, it’s vital that employers give them information in simple, easily-digestible ways.
After all, if you’re paying for their benefits–and if their health not only benefits them but helps YOUR bottom line–don’t you want them to know how to use those benefits?
